The specific information collected depends on the services a user chooses to use and the permissions they authorize.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide campaign analytics, social media performance monitoring, content management, audience insights, reporting, customer support, security, troubleshooting, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data.

Third-Party Platform Data

Users may choose to connect third-party services such as social media, advertising, or analytics platforms. When a user authorizes access, FANNA may process data made available through those platforms according to the granted permissions and applicable platform policies.

Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Data Usage

If a user connects a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account, FANNA may access authorized data such as connected account identifiers, page or profile information, media metadata, insights, comments, engagement metrics, and other information permitted by the user and Meta APIs. We use this data only to provide requested features such as analytics, campaign monitoring, content performance review, and reporting.

FANNA handles Meta platform data in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable laws. Access can be removed by the user through their Meta account settings or by requesting data deletion from FANNA.

Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support business operations. Users may request deletion of their data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

User Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of their personal data. Users may also withdraw authorization for connected third-party accounts at any time through the relevant platform settings.
